BCI Asks Law Universities/Colleges To Frame Alternative and Flexible Schemes For Fees In Easy Instalments

Bar Council of India has advised the Centre of Legal Education to go easy on the students in this Covid-19 lockdown situations regarding payment of fees as there are many parents who are facing financial problem and also facing difficulties in paying the fees.

Bar Council of India has advised the Centre of Legal Education to introduce payment of fees on an instalment basis rather than paying the fees fully at one go. BCI has also advised law universities and colleges to adjust the tuition fees by reducing the cost of electricity and infrastructure and has directed the institutions to not charge late payment fee.

Students from law colleges/universities across the country had requested BCI to introduce fees payment on an instalment basis due to the ongoing crisis and to avoid the situation of getting debarred from online classes
