PRESENTER PROFILE :

Adv. KANIKA BHARDWAJ (Founder &  Partner “Kanika Bhardwaj Law Firm”  Delhi)

Kanika completed her LLB from Lloyd Law College and also holds a Master’s in Business Laws from Amity University .She specialises in Matrimonial, Criminal, Domestic violence, Family, Corporate, 138 NI.ACT, Civil, Real Estate, Insurance, Debt Recovery, insolvency drafting & vetting of documents, Labor and Business Law related cases.

Presently Kanika is working on cases all over Delhi/ NCR & Mumbai in all District Courts, High Court of Delhi, High court of Mumbai and Supreme Court of India. 

Apart from courts, Kanika is also working on cases in various tribunals such as CAT, RERA, DRT, NCDRC & MCD. She is also on the panel of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Noida, UP.
