PRESENTER PROFILE :

Dr. Kanu Priya, Professor/ Associate Dean at School of Law, Ansal University, Gurugram is a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh with over 14 years of blended experience in legal practice and academics. With over 20 articles in national and international peer reviewed reputed journals, she is also the editorial member of few legal journals. Her book entitled “Immigration Laws” by Lexis Nexis highlights the socio-legal impact of overseas Indians in USA, UK and other developed countries. She is also the editor of “Contours of Real Estate Laws” published by Thomson Reuters. She is featured inthe Board of Editors of NGT Reporter and has beenthe editor of the Conference proceedings of International Conference of Environment organized twice by National Green Tribunal in 2017. She is a member of various organizations like IUCN-CEESP, GRDS, etc.She has been honoured with Women Empowerment award by DSLSA and NDMC. She is also a recipient of Award of Honour by Maharaja Agrasen University for her valuable contribution in curriculum and pedagogy development. Her expertise is widely sought as a Judge in various Moot Court Competitions, Resource Person in various National and International Conferences.She has also been instrumental in establishing research centres in the organizations she served.Her teaching areas include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Research Methodology.
