Delhi High Court last week held that a private car amounts to a public place in order to wear a face mask in Covid pandemic is a compulsory even when travelling alone.

The Supreme Court of India held in NDPS case, that private vehicles is not a public place as per sec.43 of NDPS Act in case Boota Singh v. State of haryana.
