Justice AM Khanwilkar: Collegium decisions are not judicial decisions. You have to implead HCs where you are seeking to be appointed. We will say nothing is to be heard in this.

Sr Adv MN Rao: There are 2 decisions on prospective seniority. Cant i request collegium to take a relook on my recommendation

SC: You know how names are processed. Will HC take a final call or SC collegium take a decision?
