ASG Aishwarya Bhati for ED: we’ve filed an IA.

Bench- to relieve one applicant ?

ASG: that’s an independent IA, we’ve filed for more officers 4 joint director level officers of ED, 3 IO level officers.

Bhushan: Why have they not finished investigation in 10 years

Bench- File affidavit on Stage of different investigation

ASG: We’ll file status report
