SupremeCourt hears a plea stating that marks of CBSE students was not in compliance to the policy adopted by the board

Adv Mamta Sharma: marks awarded to the students had to be awarded as per policy and there was 2 riders in policy

Adv Sharma:  it had to be fair and transparent and it was to be moderated for classes 11 and 12 and not class 10.

Justice Khanwilkar: what do you mean by historical distribution of marks

Sharma: Its regarding the past three years and the best one is taken as the reference year
