Max Healthcare Promoters Sell Shares Worth Rs. 515/- Crores

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd Company’s shares worth over Rs. 515/- crores were offloaded by its two promoters Max Ventures Investment Holdings Pvt. Ltd and Analjit Singh, in an open market transaction. 

It was revealed that Singh sold his entire stake of 0.64 worth Rs. 64.41/- crores in Max Healthcare. According to Friday’s market closing, the stake has the market capitalization of Rs. 11,877/- crores. The deals were done at a price of Rs. 110.7/- per share. 

Of the total 5.1 percent stake sold by Singh and Max Ventures, Smallcap World Fund Inc bought 2.6 percent and WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund purchased 0.9 percent, together valued at Rs. 348/- crores.  

At the end of June 2020, Max Ventures held an 11.35 percent stake in Max Healthcare. It sold 4.5 percent worth Rs. 451.10/- crores in the company.
