Tis Hazari Court today (January 14, 2020) adjourned the hearing in Bhim Army Chief, Chandrasekhar's bail plea till tomorrow (January 15, 2020) so that the state can produce all FIRs registered against him in Saharanpur.

Arguments have been adjourned to 2 pm tomorrow. Prosecution has been asked to produce all FIRs against Chandrashekhar Azad by then since the same couldn’t be produced today.

“Stop behaving as if Jama Masjid is Pakistan,” Judge Kamini Lau of Tis Hazari Court tells the Delhi Police on the issue of Anti-CAA protests.

Judge pulls up the prosecution in Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad’s bail hearing. Asks- “Where is the evidence of violence? What’s wrong with a dharna? Have you read the Constitution?”
