I have a legal case with a real estate builder. I purchased flat back in 2006 by paying 13.4 lakhs of advance. The builder did not start construction till 2009 so I filed a consumer case asking only for refund. I got the orders in 2010 with 12% interest and 1lakh compensation, filed an execution petition immediately but so far no money has been paid out.
i think my advocate is not competent enough to handle this so would like a new advocate to take it over. I also would like to know what are my option to request revision of interest, compensation or request for a new flat considering the fact that 9 years back judgement makes no sense in current time period.
