Major relief sought :The Respondent be directed to pay to the complainants the prescribed rate of interest for every month of delay from the due date of possession till the actual handing over of possession.

The Respondent be directed to not demand the maintenance charges at charged at an exorbitant rate and to demand the maintenance charges only after the physical delivery of possession.

 The Respondent be directed to execute a registered sale deed for the unit and hand over the lawful physical possession of the Shop along with occupancy certificate.

The Respondent be directed to refund the amount of GST unlawfully charged for the fault of the Respondent. 

The same were awarded by RERA in the favor of complainant
