    • Won litigation against South Korea and Turkey government agencies (relating to price notifications), patent litigation in Russia and Rabipur vaccine related litigation in India. Resolved critical litigation out of court (settled a complex dispute for USD 600,000 against a USD 4.4M claim in Hong Kong and for USD 500,000 against a USD 3.5 Million claim in Turkey).

    Description:

    Legal Counsel

    Executed anti-counterfeit search and seizure operations (30 successful IP seizure operations) in Asia to protect global brands. Controlled corporate governance problems and conducted detailed conferences with board of directors and shareholders. Identified needs for skills improvement and provided legal counsel on litigation.

    • Ensured the adherence of company standards and regulations, formulated detailed reports and submitted results to senior counsel

    • Managed review of marketing material including successful defense in opposition claims by competitors
