SAT Regulrisation Standard

The purpose of this form is served under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 which states applications to tribunals which means that an aggrieved person who is aggrieved by any order may file an application to the administrative tribunal but in respect to the jurisdiction of the tribunal after which the tribunal decides whether the application filed for redressal is fit for adjudication before the administrative tribunal at Shimla. Basically, Administrative tribunals are often referred to as "Commission", "Authority" or "Board." Between routine government policy decision-making bodies and the traditional court forums lies a hybrid, sometimes called a "tribunal" or "administrative tribunal" and not necessarily presided by judges.
