SAT Appoint Interview Only To Employment Exchange


The purpose of this document is served under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 which states that a person aggrieved by any order pertaining to any matter within the jurisdiction of a Tribunal may make an application to the Tribunal for the redressal of his grievance. The order stated may be made by the Government or a local or other authority within the territory of India or under the control of the Government of India or by any corporation or society owned or controlled by the Government; or by an officer, committee or other body or agency of the Government or a local or other authority or corporation  and every application under this section shall be in this document format and be accompanied by such documents or other evidence and by such fee if any, not exceeding one hundred rupees. Therefore the Administrative Tribunal decides after enquiry whether the application filed is fit for adjudication or not. This application is filed when the applicant is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent department for are not permitting the applicant to appear in the interview for the post and the applicant is also aggrieved by the action of the respondent Employment Exchange whereby they have not sponsored the name of the applicant for the above post despite the fact that juniors to the applicant have been sponsored.
