Refering Dispute To Arbitrator

This is an agreement between two parties wherein in a previous agreement it was decided that the first party shall place order and the second shall supply good;  and in case of any dispute arising between these parties shall be referred for arbitration to a specified arbitrator. Arbitrator shall be empowered to carry out various functions as specified in the agreement and the terms of his fees are also explicitly stated within this agreement.
