Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection Of Right And Full Participation) Rules, 1996 Form Dper III


The Act provides for the equal opportunities for protection of rights and full participation of a disabled person and shall be given employment with no unequal treatment. "Disability" in this Act means blindness, low vision, leprosy-cured, hearing impairment, loco motor disability, mental retardation, mental illness under Section 2(i) of the Act. The purpose of this form is to maintain the record of employees with disabilities by the employers in Form DPER III, as may be amended from time to time. This has been stated in Rule 41 of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Right and Full Participation) Rules, 1996.
