The document as attached herein is concerned with the statute as primarily being’’ Income tax act 1961”

In the aforesaid document the rule 48 of the statute holds sheer importance of the aforesaid statute

The usage of the aforesaid document is confined to that of setting the liability on the person who has failed to comply with certain orders as per the aforesaid statute

In this document the section holding sheer primacy is Section 223(2) and Section 222 explanation 1

A certified copy of the said certificate is also sent as per the section 223(2) of the aforesaid act

In the end of the document it has been clearly stated that the defaulter is strictly prohibited from transferring the property and as per section 222 explanation 1 no shall have himself/herself benefitted from the disputed property and the signature has been attached
