HC Reply Writ Transfer

The high Court to transfer any Case, appeal or other proceedings from High Court  in one State to a High Court in any other State under article 226 and 227 of Indian constitution . This power may be exercised by the high Court if it is satisfied that an order under this Section is expedient for the ends of justice. Hence wide powers are given to the high Court to order a transfer if it  feels that the ends of justice so require. The respondent is also bound to mention that such transfer does not infringe the constitutional as well as fundamental rights of the petitioner. the petitioner shall also state that  the transfer order is neither unauthorized nor without jurisdiction and nor malafide or violative of any statutory/mandatory rules.
