This licence is granted subject to all the provisions of the Arms Act, 1959, and of the Arms Rules, 1962

The articles shall not be conveyed by any route other than that specified in column 8 and bulk shall not be broken nor shall the consignment be stopped, before the articles reach the place of destination.

The articles shall be delivered only to a person lawfully entitled to receive them.

 

 

An account of the contents of each package shall be legibly written thereon; and where the articles are conveyed by rail each package shall be marked with the words “Arms” or “Ammunition”, as the case may be, so as to be readily recognizable by the railway authorities.
