Form Of Protest Of Promissory Note Or Bill Of Exchange For Non Payment


In this document which has been the attached one the statute as involved being the Notaries Act 1952 and the main usage of it is confined to the usage of the term "bill of exchange" and this very term is used in the Negotiable instruments act 1881

In the aforesaid document it is mentioned that "On the particular day, there shall be appointed a notary at the request of the person. The demand of bill of exchange shall be presented by a registered letter and it shall concern all the parties who are involved in the exchange, re exchange and all the parties concerned

There shall also be attached the signature of a witness and the date and place shall also be recorded
