Form Of Appeal To Appellate Tribunal

In the document as attached above it must be noted that the statute holding sheer primacy and relevance is the “Income tax act 1961” and the relevancy of the subject matter is confined to “appeal which is to be made to the higher tribunal which is a tax tribunal”

The State in which the assessment was made

Section under which the order appealed against was passed

Date of communication of the order appealed against

Address to which notices may be sent to the appellant

Address to which notices may be sent to the respondent

Relief claimed in appeal

Also it has to be well stated that what are the grounds of the appeal and fially it has to be enclosed with a verification and must have the signature attached to it
