Form No. 42 The Companies Act, 1956


The purpose of this form is served under the Companies Act 1956 explains about the whole procedure of the how to form a company, its fees procedure, name, constitution, its members, and the motive behind the company, its share capital, about its general board meetings, management and administration of the company. Section 568(a) in The Companies Act, 1956 states a list showing the names, addresses and occupations of the directors, the managing agent, if any, the secretaries and treasurers, if any, and the manager, if any, of the company along with name of the company but that company should not be a joint stock company.
