Form 21 In The Central Administrative Tribunal Bench


The purpose of this form is served under the Central Administrative Tribunal Rules, 1987. The Administrative Tribunals Act in 1985 enacted by the Parliament authorizes the Central government to establish central administrative tribunal and the state administrative tribunals and the Central Administrative Tribunal has been established for adjudication of disputes with respect to recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to public services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or other local authorities within the territory of India.. This document constitutes Form 21 which is secured under Rule 114 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Rules, 1987 which asks for the index sheet to be filled.
