Deed Of Sale By Co-Owners Of Undivided Property

This document is a format for the transfer of title of the undivided portion of the property by sale deed to another person. There shall be no bar in selling the undivided portion of property by the individual but the other owner or owners shall sign as witness in the sale deed executed by the person for transfer of property acting as consent to such transfer. After the execution of the sale deed the purchaser shall also send a legal notice to other co-ower or co-owners demarcating the portion of property which he has purchased. This would make the purchaser the sole owner of the portion bought and if any situation arises for partition in future then the other co-owners will be made party to the proceeding.
