This document realtes to notice before filing a complaint.

Consumer bought some goods and services from the seller which came out to be defective. In this notice consumer complains of the defective and have reported the matter several times but no action was taken by the seller/trader and despit of several pleadings no good was made to the defect which was indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional.

So they are finally called upon to rectify the defect:

1. Remove the defects from the goods.

2. Replace the goods purchased.

3. Return the price of the goods.

And also pay the compensation for the injury suffered due to the negligence along with the interest from the date of failure of action on the part of seller.
