Before The Monopolies And Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, New Delhi


In the document which is to be attached herein the statute in question is "competition law" and the section involved here is the 12(b) of the MRTP act 1969

In this document the following are the major heads which are to be mentioned as being-Name and address of the respondent and Name and address of the applicant

The main reason being for the compensation which is claimed as per section 12(b) of the aforesaid act and the applicant begs to submit under these heads:-

1.  Brief facts of the claims.

2. Brief narration of monopolistic, restrictive or unfair trade practice.

3. Particulars of loss, damage or injury and the amount payable.

4.  Particulars of proceedings, if any, under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law in respect of the same matter.

And there is also the presence of the prayer in which there has been mentioned the monetery value which is mentioned along with the interest 

And there has also taken place a proper verification also and that verification pertains to all the facts which are furnished and is to the bets knowledge 

With it there has also been attached an affidavit in which he solemnly swears that he has gone through all the forms

Another provision being that the very moment he would receive the compensation the same shall be intimated to the MRTP Commission and he solemnly affirms to all the information as furnished
