The document as attached here is primarily concerned with the statute "Hazardous Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 1989" and the section which here holds sheer importance relevance and is totally pertinent to the matter is "sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Hazardous Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 1989"

The usage of the document is confined to "collection / reception / treatment / transport / storage / disposal of hazardous wastes." and there are two major heads within which the distinction is made and they are-Office use and for something which is filled by the applicant and it is divided into 4 parts and the heads are as follows:-
