He has presented 25 Research papers in various international and national seminars, in Denmark, NLSIU Bangalore, BHU, CNLU Patna, IIT Hyderabad, NLU Odisha, IIIT Allahabad, Delhi University and has 7 Unpaid publications in prestigious journals including the one’s approved by UGC. Apart from legal practice and research, he loves teaching students (Colleges & School). He has also been invited as Judge for various Debate Competitions, National Moot Court Competition, and Bail Application Competition by various prestigious universities such as HPNLU Shimla, Christ University Bangalore, Amity University Jaipur, etc.

He has also been invited by NLU Delhi as a Resource Person in a national conference on Protection of Women from sexual harassment at workplace.

After passing out from his law school, he has worked on Babari Masjid Demolition case under AOR MR Shamshad as Research Associate and thereafter worked as an Associate with Lamba & Lamba, a litigation firm in Gurugram. He is now practicing in Delhi High Court, District Courts & Gurugram District Court and his areas of interest are Criminal Law, Cyber Law & Security, Artificial Intelligence Law and Corporate Litigation.

TRAINING PROGRAM ON LITIGATION

This course is designed for all law students and young lawyers who are interested in Litigation as a career. The course main focus is to bridge the gap between law school education and the practical aspects of Litigation. It provides you with an insight on how to read and interpret the statutes and laws and in particular the art of applicationof these laws in practice so as to best suit your case as a litigating lawyer. The course will alsoprovide a snapshot on the basic civil and criminal procedure to be followed in and by courts from a Practioner's viewpoint. The course further targets to teachyou the basics of effective drafting, legal research,andthe skill of quick reading, analysis and interpretations of lengthy charge sheets/final reports of the police and preparation of case notes so as to enable you make effective appearance before any court in limited time.

Apart from academics, the basic idea is to inculcate the practical knowledge into young legal minds looking to explore this illustrious area of law. This course will be taught in such a way that it results in a balanced mixture of both substantive and drafting segments of law. Relevant Modules will be provided before the commencement of each class and exercises would also be given after the same.
