International law firm Dechert LLP is accused in a new lawsuit of causing an administrative services provider to discriminate and retaliate against a site manager because he had a stroke, in violation of federal and local law.

David Rudd alleges he was “jointly employed” by the firm and Document Technologies LLC as a site manager in Dechert’s Washington office, overseeing a nine-person team providing IT, printing, reception, record-keeping, and related services.
