Data protection regulations have upended document disclosure in litigation and arbitration. In response, an ICCA-IBA Joint Task Force on Data Protection is unveiling a Draft Roadmap to Data Protection in International Arbitration to provide direction to legal professionals on the potential impact of data protection principles on international arbitration proceedings.
