Now I will discuss few steps on how you can register Will in Delhi. When you want to start with the registering process then you should have well drafted Will by a counsel. Once your Will is ready then you can visit nearest sub registrar but make sure that you carry 2 copies of the Will, Identity proof of the witnesses and 2-4 photographs

You can take appointment online by visiting http://districts.delhi.gov.in/ams/default.aspx and pay the fees for the e-registration and take the receipt from https://www.shcilestamp.com/OnlineStamping/OlnReg. The total cost for registration is Rs 660. You are almost done now. Just take the documents to the nearest e-sub registrar and also take your witnesses along.
