Register: NALSAR UNHCR Public International Law Moot, 2021

It gives us immense pleasure to invite your esteemed institution to the 2nd edition of the NALSAR UNHCR Public International Law Moot Court Competition, 2021.

This edition of the moot is being sponsored by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the UN Refugee Agency.

The moot is also organized in association with Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), Enhelion, SCC Online and Eastern Book Company (EBC) as Knowledge Partners.

ABOUT THE MOOT

The objective of the NALSAR Public International Law Moot is to stir up research and indulgence in rising issues in Public International Law. The moot’s scope is to promote the research work on the emerging issues relating to Public International Law and it is beneficial to amplify the interest of students in Public International Law.

The competition is scheduled to be held from 15th – 16th May, 2021 on a Virtual Platform. The moot will be judged by the revered scholars of Public International Law who have expertise in the legal issues stated in the Moot Problem.

We are pleased to invite a team from your esteemed institution to participate in the 2nd edition of the moot court competition which aims to further research work on the emerging issues related to Public International Law and to amplify the interest of the participants in the same.

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is the title sponsor of the current edition of Public International Law Moot Court Competition. The moot has been organized in association with The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), SCC Online, EBC and Enhelion as Knowledge Partners.

The Moot Proposition has been drafted by Ms. Nayantara Raja. Her career in academics boasts of a number of books, newspaper articles, articles and blog posts, publications in areas including but not limited to, refugee law, humanitarian law and human rights.
