Karnataka High Court reserves order in Amnesty International plea challenging ED's decision to freeze its bank accounts

On Tuesday, the Court asked ED whether it was willing to allow Amnesty International to pay salaries, tax payments, etc to the tune of Rs 40 lakh per month, from the five bank accounts which have been frozen.

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday reserved its order in the petition moved by international human rights body, Amnesty International India challenging the Enforcement Directorate (ED) decision to freeze its bank accounts.
