The vaping company filed a patent-infringement complaint at the <-bsp-bb-link state="{"bbHref":"bbg://securities/13361Z%20US%20Equity","_id":"00000173-48c0-d229-a177-ddfb143f0001","_type":"0000016b-944a-dc2b-ab6b-d57ba1cc0000"}">U.S. International Trade Commission-bsp-bb-link> in Washington, naming more than four dozen companies it says are importing copycat cartridges for the e-cigarettes. It’s seeking a blanket order that would block imports of any unauthorized cartridges.
