Investcorp adds Frances Fragos Townsend to board of directors

Alternative investment manager Investcorp has appointed Frances Fragos Townsend to its board of directors.

Townsend is currently emeritus vice-chair at the US diversified holding company MacAndrews & Forbes. She previously worked as the firm’s general legal counsel and chief administrative officer focusing on international, legal, compliance and business development issues.
