Colleges, Employers Fear Curbs to Foreign Student Job Program

Vibhu Varshney relocated from India to Tempe two years ago in part because of the quality of the computer science program at Arizona State University and in part because of the chance to train in Silicon Valley.

“Most of the cutting edge work is going on here,” he said.
