Attend: CADR Panel Discussion on Evidence in International Arbitration (April 26)

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Jindal Global Law School is organising the 3rd Panel of the CADR Panel Discussions, 2021 on the theme: “Too much or too little: Evidence in International Arbitration”.

The panel shall discuss whether the taking of evidence involves questions of procedure and /or also of substance; the sui generis IBA Rules [old and new ] and also the Prague Rules.

About the Speakers

1. Dr. Rekha Rangachari

Rekha Rangachari has served as the Executive Director of the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) since 2017. In her role at NYIAC, Rekha collaborates with stakeholders and thought leaders in the space to advance scholarship and best practices; offers educational programming, events, and trainings; and operates world-class hearing facilities in Manhattan.

2. Dr. Kabir Duggal

Dr. Kabir Duggal is an attorney in Arnold and Porter's New York office focusing on international investment arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and public international law matters, serving both as arbitrator and counsel. Dr. Duggal is also a Lecturer-in-Law at Columbia Law School, teaching "International Investment Law and Arbitration."
